Formula 1 Party for a Formula 1 enthusiast

This past weekend I planned and threw a 50th birthday party for an avid Formula 1 fan. From planning and building most of the deco, starting from checkered flag table centrepieces, winners podium trophies and more, to having posters printed to cover bare walls, seeking out venue, band etc, I was kept busy and out of trouble for quite a few weeks. This was a fun party to plan and for me a first "grown up " party.

All guests had a fantastic time, they ate (really great food, compliments to May Ernst of the Terrace), rocked to the music of JK and the Troubleshooters and enjoyed fun sketches brought on by party guests. Of course, the winners podium was a must, many fotos were taken there
